Amid a prominent presence by the professors of the Department of Architecture of the Islamic University and the University of Palestine, Dr. Anwar Mohammad Awad Al-Lahh, Head of the Department of Architecture of the Faculty of Engineering of the Islamic University, opened on Wednesday, 22No 2022, a session of the Department of Architecture before discussion of the second semester 2021-2021-2022 graduation projects. “
At the beginning of the session, Dr. Abdelkarim Mohsen, Professor of Architecture and Design Theories in the Department of Architecture, spoke in an atmosphere of nostalgia and the splendor of the present. He spoke about the beautiful time and first generation of the establishment of the Department of Architecture and the young generation that graduated and has now become one of the pillars of the Department, recalling the Department’s founding year in 1993. “The words now stumble as if I were going back to the year of founding the department and graduating the first batch in 1997. He also paid tribute to the founders and supporters of the department, expressing the happiness of everyone with the vision of Dr. Mustafa Al-Farra and Dr. Yousssef Al-Mansi, Dr. Sohair Ammar, and engineer Awad al-Ghul. He also wished everyone success in discussing the students of the Department of Architecture. Everyone left the meeting room after the tablets were distributed to the discussants to discuss the projects of graduating the students of the Architecture Department in different halls
At the conclusion of the discussions and the discussants’ meeting, they expressed their admiration for the level of students this year through the diversity of projects in terms of jobs and ideas
The Department of Architecture then celebrated the discussions from inside and outside the Department of Architecture by eating a meal at a break on the shore of the Gaza Sea
