Graduate study provides both rigorous training in the fundamental core discipline of Electrical Engineering and the opportunity to focus on specific major.

There are currently two majors in the Electrical Engineering Master program which are control and Communications.  Each major contains 1 course as  university requirements, three courses as master requirements , three courses as major requirements, two courses as major electives and one course as a general elective.

After completing the 18 hours of the taught courses, students can select a research advisor and area for specialization in order to complete 6 credit hours as research thesis.
